    The Dolphins own Kayo stadium (dolphins park). Leagues club attached to it. The Phins would make a bonanza taking games to Kayo. for perception wise Suncorp is much better. if the dolphins could find some more money another upgrade could happen in the future, a 20k-22k Phin park would be great.
