    Are my sources correct in saying Dean Young was interviewed again today (for second time?) and that Flano has said to them he won’t be interviewed to go up against other contenders, his point being his record speaks for itself and if they want him they can approach him directly….     The solution is very easy...appoint Hasler, as he is not working he could start immediately and do what Ryles was going to do for the rest of this season, including reviews and recruiting some new guys. He would have some connections/ ideas as to who he would want to run the football department...

    I don't know how we can say we have a potentially very good interim coach as he has only coached 2 matches, 1 of which we lost easily and played awful...I think we need to see how the rest of the season pans out before we give him too much credit.

    One of our biggest problems has been lack of recruitment of quality players. The only way this will be addressed is by firstly having a high profile coach to attract players and secondly, a professional, well connected recruitment manager....Rookie coaches do not and will not address this...
