The Game Rugby League Rules Ideas and Areas of Inprovement

I would like to see a lot of the full arm penalties with the ball be changed to simple turn overs. Turning the ball over for a shepherd/obstruction is enough of a penalty without losing 30m of territory and/or conceding 2 points. Same with passing off the ground and if anyone can enlighten me...

The Game Rugby League Rules Ideas and Areas of Inprovement

Number 1 is a winner and is long overdue Number 2 I cna live with Don't like number 3 at all, defenders shouldn't be disadvantaged for being there. Number 4 is a tough one, they do over call it but don't want to be like rugby where you have to lose a ball 3m forward for it to be a knock on.

Rugby Australia to target top NRL talent

I actually don't think he lifted his knee that high on that one and Mahoney had a shocking technique. However, I don't think you will find many roosters fans wanting to see him escape a ban though, he has been diabolical since signing for Rugby and if it means giving young Pauga more game time...

    2023 R15 Fri - Canberra v Warriors @ GIO

These sorts of occasions generally go one of 2 ways. Raiders to absolutely blitz them or Warriors in a tight one.

    Dogs 3 2 1s

Well it was a win... so that's something at least. For me the biggest positive was that they came back 3 times throughout the game. We were at the stage where losing was going to become a habit (if it hadn't already) and confidence was at rock bottom so sometimes you just need wins like this to...

    2023 R15 Sat - Sydney v Penrith @ Allianz

One thing the roosters have done right this year is play well at the SFS with a 4/4 success rate. I can't see that changing this week given the low standard of opposition.

    2023 R14 Sun - Sydney 25-24 Canterbury @ Industree Group

Well it's his opponent this week, he doesn't control the draw. What he has copped this week due to 1 poor origin game after 19 top shelf games is rubbish. The roosters are struggling and down on confidence and he won the game on his own back with 2 tries and 2 try assists. If you find fault in...

    2023 R14 Sun - Sydney 25-24 Canterbury @ Industree Group

Irony here is in that last play against St George he failed miserably when contesting the first kick.... not that it should have been up to him to contest of course.

Radley got binned for something very similar on ANZAC Day. the ref said the bunker had other angles and to this day we haven't seen them.

Luai is a fringe origin talent at best and ironically gets picked because of cleary. Luai at least has a go and performs to his level, he isn't as good as Munster and no one expects him to be. Cleary performs several rungs below his alleged level and has only been impressive in a NSW jersey...

Don't deny it. It's the first time we can say that Meanwhile... the halfback is going to get a free ride again

See my previous post about cynicism. The one you went on about was all your mate JAC.

    2023 Origin I - Wed 31 May - NSW 18-26 QLD @ Adelaide

He's been ordinary. Most of my posts have been cynical. At least he has produced for NSW many times before. Meanwhile our generational talent at halfback has gone missing AGAIN. A lucky try sees his side go up 12-10 and he doesn't take control. QLD go down to 12 men and again he doesn't take...

Yeah that was really his fault. Hammer ran straight past JAC, that was the issue.

    2023 Origin I - Wed 31 May - NSW 18-26 QLD @ Adelaide

The longer cleary plays SOO the better Pearce looks. Pearce was ordinary but was never considered anything other than a good club player in a poor era of NSW halfbacks and was never anything above the 3rd most talented half on the origin field. He also had to contend with JT, locker, Smith...

Should have passed it but I don't think it was the certainty people are saying. QLD winger was holding off. 2 years ago teddy scores that himself no problem which is obviously part of the issue.
