    Tbh, he sounds fairly pragmatic and tends to talk up the people around him. He's a premiership winner who's captained several SOO series wins. There are so many players more smug with less achieved, but when you captain Manly and Queensland you have a fair sized target on your back.

    That's not whinging, those are fair criticisms of our own side. Queenslanders are whining about penalty counts despite being 2-0 up in the series. It's sooooo unfair.....

    Nah, just pointing out the recent captains from NSW. You certainly heard plenty about Warne being a Victorian and relatively little about McGrath being from Sydney, but I digress. Cricket probably isn't the best place to look for example since QLD hasn't provided much since Hayden and Symonds.

    Bullshit, Queenslanders are Queenslanders first and Australians when it suits them, New South Welshmen are Australians first and New South Welshmen second. Good thing the Australian cricket team is full of NSW players, we don't have to hear about Queensland pride or how great Melbourne is.
