Just lick your fingers to get better traction. Always works for me.

    Ah, yes. The diamond move.

Trouble is that we have, right now, the best squad we've had in a very long time. We have a window of opportunity to win a premiership that might not remain open for much longer. And it appears obvious (to me) that we don't have the coaching staff (or the coaching philosophy) to make the most of...

If we sacked B.A, what realistic options are available? Right now, Shane Flannagan is itching to coach again. If we wait too long, he'll be taken by someone else and we'll be forced to take a gamble on a rookie coach.

I seriously think that Matterson is having all that stuff coached out of him. Arthur wants a power game from his forwards. Lane has a lot of skill (running lines, off-loading, etc) but is being used as a middle forward whose job is to run straight into the opposition forwards. Same with...

I think Waqa might be great, too. Maybe basketball or something. Not rugby league but.

    Rumours and Stuff

Spoken like someone who wasn't following the game when Kenny plied his trade. He was actually underrated. And he certainly was not a winger by any stretch of the imagination. I think it's always better to rate only the players you've actually seen play.

Lodge is much better than Alvaro.

Makes a lot of sense. I hope that's the reason.

Why would he rest Cartwright? He doesn't play many minutes. He needs all the game time he can get. Strange.

Very weird. I don't believe it.

Not talking about his fitness, just his tackling technique. He seldom finishes a tackle. Tries to 'push' opponents rather than tie them up or put them down, and slides off tackles way too easily. It's like he's scared of the contact.

I agree with you, mate. Sivo should have been sent off period. He's actually quite a dirty player. Not one of my favourite Parra players. Doueihi is, however, one of my favourite non-Parra players. Hope he's okay.

His tackling technique is that of a seven year old. Only a matter of time until he gets found out big-time. Maybe against Melbourne in two week's time? His attack is better. Good under the high ball. Runs well. Very athletic. Not much football sense, though. Very reactive player. I still don't...

    Rumours and Stuff

I know the sun doesn't really go anywhere (it just keeps circling round the earth) - but it does appear to go away on a gloomy and rainy day.

It's not the rain that makes you wet - its the lack of sunny weather.
