    yep great comparison between a sport which plays it's "world cup" in it's absolute heartland of the eastern seaboard of Australia and world cups played in several different continents . The organisers of this RLWC didn't even have the balls to try and spread the game to Adelaide or Perth :lol:

    :lol: baseball world cup also had higher avge attendances (18,900) & ice hockey went close with (15,981) albeit in much smaller venues to be fair ... the only team sport world cup that the rlwc trounced was field hockey
