Souths need to give GI early ball: Hodgo

Although 5/8th is not his best possie, i would like to see him there. Gets him the ball first or second off the ruck and he is a damn smart player with the footy on end. Were in 15th and unless things dont improve i dont see any problem with doing so

Champion Back To Souths ? and Suggestions for Halfback in 2012 ?

GI at the 5/8th, Sutts to back row (could be so dangerous there) and get a boom center and Halfback. To answer the question properly, you would almost have to give Adam Reynolds that job (TC player last two years, injured for the rest of this one)

    Pettybourne Hit Hard By Judiciary

Well it happened all withing about 2 seconds, Was a tad shocked. Usually those tackles take about 3-4 seconds to complete and the parra player got straight back up. Think souths will fight it?

    What's gone rotten?

It seems when they play more ad-lib football they seem too do well, which is why im surprised to see them not offloading and keeping they plays going like they have done the two years previous. I also thought that was one of the main reasons Mateo came over, to help with that as he is proven...

    Pettybourne Hit Hard By Judiciary

happened pretty quickly, i think 4 weeks is a bit extreme. Two or 3 maybe, but 4? cmon now!

    Dave Tyrell.

Ben Lowe was excellent this year so it was a shame to see him go down so early in round one. Either way our depth is amazing but if it was between Tyrell and Lowe i would sign Lowe, though only time will tell. Tyrell would be a good long term acquisition for the club if they chose to sign him.

    Dylan Farrell

Gotta keep him playing. Cant continue to use these younger guys as scapegoats. Perfectally capable player he just needs more time to develop and we shouldn't be too rushed to make him a superstar too quick. He had a good game against the Tigers last season and i think its only time he pulls out...

    Wooden spoon favourite?

Panthers for sure, 2 dismal performances and i still dont know how the beat the Eels. Eels and Warriors may still be a chance of getting the kitchen utensil but at this stage i cant see Panthers improving much.

    Rhys Wesser.

Famous last words made by most Rugby League players. We can hope can't we? :P I'd like to see Mal Webster step up at some point but he is a tiny totter and i couldnt see him lasting long in the top grade. We still have heaps of depth at fullback/wingers with the current first grade squad so i...

    Sutto in doubt

Anyone have any idea why Sutton is in doubt? As you guys have said before me, why would you move Luke from where he has been tearing it up? Lang knows what he is doing but i would have though capewell would make more sense.
