    This is pretty much the case here, I live in Texas, I assumed NRL is Rugby with some obvious changes in rules and play from what I normally consider rugby or more like what kind of Rugby I normally watch here in the US...I guess I can see how people would consider them completely different...

    Yes, I meant the Grand Final between Cowboys and Tigers. I wasnt aware this wasnt concidered Rugby though I knew it wasnt the same as the New Zealand Rugby I watch or the Rugby Union...I like it though.

    Plans to watch the game?

    sadly unless I want to stay up till 3:00 am I will tape it and watch it sunday. There will be no news of it on the TV or Papers so I dont have to worry about spoilers.

    I wouldnt feel that bad...Where I am the NRL Final is on at 3:00am and there is never any mention of rugby ever...first post BTW.
