    Setenta Sports will broadcast NRL games from March 16th 2007. subscription is something like £15 a month.

    NRL starts later than Super League, and even over here there has been little or no adverts.

    I dont even think the french comp is broadcast is France. It's no-where near worth being transmitted to Australia. to give a soccer comparison, its like the English conferance League being shown in Australia.

    are we talking half backs as in scrum - half, or as in the two halfback(scrum half and stand-off). if it includes stand off, there wont be many bigger than Hull FC's Paul Cooke, who is 6'6".

    How can you say roby is better than Higham. Higham was one of the stand outs in the GB squad last year and roby has failed to impress me this year after really startin well in 2004 and 2005. he is to young, inexperienced and small and will get thrown around by the likes of hindmarsh and sonny...

    That pole shows the difference in depth between Australia and GB. Australia could pick from any of those players and im sure they would do a good job (excluding tame tupuo of course). In England we have about 4 wingers to pick from. Saying that, the player who tops the pole in British:D

    It is yes. Britain should be playing about 2 club teams as a warm up, and then the tri-nations. But the players complain so it will never happen.

    if they gave a big cash prize or other incentives i think it could go down well. these players are meant to be the fitest around and another 5 (that is if you go all the way to the final) really wouldnt make that much difference i dont think.

    after watching the challenge cup yesturday i wondered why do the NRL not have a cup competiton. Do u think it would work in Australia. Its something else than just the league every week and another chance to win something. I think they should brong one in for the 2007 season.

    Cragie played Widnes in the ESL in 2005. Then he quit after about 10 games and went home. he reportedlym was meant to be signing for Newcastle or Wests, but i dont think it ever happened
