Farah calls on PM to crack down on Twitter abuse

Sometimes you play the game, other times, the game plays you.

Rugby League Supporters & Voluntary Workers Assoc

I've been in and around the game for more years than I care to remember, have dealt with all facets of the game - players, development, media, juniors etc etc and have never heard of this mob in that entire time. Is anyone a member of this organisation? What do they do?

We had a heap of those kind of players, sadly they've moved on because no-one cares for them. Much like what has now happened to Burns.

    Flaw With New Finals System

Teams who win games in the finals deserve to be rewarded, teams who lose don't deserve to be there. End of story.

I'm after a history lesson with some things I trying to compile like, win/draw/loss for each season, ceo each year and chairman each year (already have coaches). Will start a new thread for it when time permits.

Agree Franklin. Sunday afternoon games were once a "licence to print money". Nowadays, not so, except if you're the Tigers playing at Leichhardt.

Who you are has a lot to do with it. Clean rap sheets don't attract loadings, bad ones do. Do the the wrong thing consistently and you'll pay for it. Pretty simple. Even with the point deduction per minute for being sent off, when you've got loading it comes back to hurt.

    coote?

Rather than assess Ivan perhaps we need to assess the training staff and why players have become more injury prone? It's strange that new training staff come to the club and their is a sudden run of injuries. Look at Tim Grant's injury, it took weeks before they could actually work out the...

Can't blame the players for their selection week in, week out. We all were hoping the coach would do the right thing and put Gordon at fullback at the start of the season - that didn't happen. And why was Walsh re-signed again, what were the reasons for that one?

    coote?

He doesn't look interested enough. Being stepped like he was on Saturday night for the Tigers last try was embarrassing.

Luke Lewis asking the Panthers for a release! Wow!

Too true. Roosters are a fine example of how youth are struggling. But gee I hope they get up tonight!! My guess is your guess is incorrect.

Except the Panthers just keep losing....

Luke Lewis asking the Panthers for a release! Wow!

Heard that before too from another player who left recently who I can tell you won't be back at all to ever fulfill that one liner.

Luke Lewis asking the Panthers for a release! Wow!

It was never promised back to him at all, rather they agreed after how poorly it was handled they would look at whether he would be given it back. Big difference.

Luke Lewis asking the Panthers for a release! Wow!

"It's unfortunate but it's like a bad marriage - there's no point hanging on to someone when he doesn't want to be here," a Penrith official told thetelegraph.com.au. The point has to be asked why doesn't he want to be there? And lets not stop at him, ask all the players who have left recently...

Luke Lewis asking the Panthers for a release! Wow!

Apparently it's blood flavour - there's been so much bloodshed out of that club that OAK can now package it up and sell.

Are you camped out there awaiting a decision?

Luke Lewis asking the Panthers for a release! Wow!

Gould has had Panthers fans in a daze since he was first announced he was coming back to the club. Nothing he does is wrong (apparently). Even the most ardent fans who were anti-management previously have crossed the line to join Gus. And now it continues to unravel. Gus and Cleary won't...

Did Gus play cricket? He is a world class spinner.

Lewis upset to be stripped of captaincy

That was then, this is now. Things started out quite good but they have been let slide recently - whether that's on the part of frustration from either Gould or Cleary or frustration from the players who expected more.
