Round 7 v Warriors at WIN

On reflection, I think the best option is to put Rava back to the right wing and bring up Tui to mark Watene-Zelezniak. Tui is a least a big body to match him and about time Rava got some good ball in an attack.

KOE (ex Canterbury Cup) and Jersey Flegg

Yes that concerns me about Egan as well. His defence is sound and he is mobile but he looks relatively small.

KOE (ex Canterbury Cup) and Jersey Flegg

I watched it on NSWRL TV. Only one camera and it wasn’t positioned on halfway. Not as good as being there!

KOE (ex Canterbury Cup) and Jersey Flegg

Poor defence for one of Wests tries and just doesn’t have the zip or impact to make it in my opinion.

Dan Russell gave away 3 penalties which didn’t help either.

KOE (ex Canterbury Cup) and Jersey Flegg

Couchmans and Tuipolotu were the best players. Fifita did make some impact but for whatever reason he doesn’t seem to have a big motor. Tamale made several strong runs and scored a good try. Surely the Feagais never see first grade again?

    whos, our next star player

Rev, the three backs that have stood out most for me are Williams, Rumble and Reed. To be fair though this is only with what I have seen and that has been pretty limited. Williams made a couple of good tackles in the games I have watched so hopefully his defence is reasonable. Not sure about...

Ben Rumble was absolutely outstanding today.

SG Ball and Harold Matthews results

I agree with all of the above. Just an additional comment. I thought Kade Reed was excellent in a losing side. Although he is wiry he made some good tackles and his organizational skills were also good. A future NRL half in the making maybe. Was keen to see Jesse Williams play. He didn’t get...

    DRAGONS JUNIORS THREAD

For those of you who are interested in the lower grades it is worth noting that NSWRL TV has a subscription option for under $50 for a season pass. There is a huge number of games they will be covering. With respect to the KOE Cup for example, they have mapped out the firsdt 10 rounds or so...

I certainly hope he works out. We are absolutely desperate for some speed out wide.

    DRAGONS JUNIORS THREAD

Haha! He certainly looks great in the limited clips I have seen and yes hopefully his defence is better than some of the recent past fast players we have had! It would be good if someone who has seen more of his play can comment.

    What is his defence like?

    Coach Flanno

It’s actually impossible for Manly to make it now as Souths have a bye next week and that takes them to 30 points currently coming 8th. Manly are on 25 so even if they won their last two games they will only be on 29 points.

KOE (ex Canterbury Cup) and Jersey Flegg

They were so badly dominated yesterday it may have been a reasonable excuse for King-Togia. It is always difficult for halves when the pack is going backwards. I have only seen K-T once before in a televised KOE Cup game so my comments on him (and everyone else) were simply based on what I saw...

KOE (ex Canterbury Cup) and Jersey Flegg

I live on the Northern Beaches so I decided to go and watch the Jersey Flegg today against Manly. The score today actually flattered us as they only looked like scoring maybe one other time in the match before the try in the last minute or so. You would have thought Saints were coming last and...

Our NSW Cup game against the Panthers is on NSWRL TV at 1pm Saturday for anyone who wants to watch.

Hunt has asked for a release

I don’t think he knew or was involved in any of it.

Will Kyle Flanagan be a good #6 or #9 for the Dragons?

Kyle doesn’t have the vision or creativity to be a good half. He constantly takes the wrong options and it is why both the Roosters and now the Bulldogs wanted him gone. Both clubs would acknowledge their mistake. Barrett recruited him for the Dogs.
