    Pakistan v Zimbabwe

International cricket returns to Pakistan for the first time in 6 years. Here's hoping it all runs smoothly. 1st T20 starts in the early hours of Saturday morning.

    Club World Cup

Auckland City are in the semi finals!!! What a great day for us! Wish Real Madrid were on our side of the draw but bring on San Lorenzo!
  3. African Monkey

    West Indies v Bangladesh

Obviously next to no interest on here but it's a test series so it deserves it's own thread. WI 407/3 at stumps on day 2 with Brathwaite on 205* and Chanderpaul on 51*. A lot of play was lost on day 2 but it's very slow going for the Windies. Having said that, Brathwaite continues to grow...

    Chris McQueen

Congratulations to him on his first SoO call-up :). He's been a great performer for us over the last few years and deserves his call-up. Hard work pays off. Well done to Ben Te'o and Greg Inglis as well.

    Kemar Roach fined

http://www.cricinfo.com/west-indies-v-south-africa-2010/content/current/story/465590.html I would have given Roach a lifetime ban from the game tbh. Disgusting behaviour shown from him towards the greatest cricketer ever.
  7. African Monkey

    SA v England 1st test

SA currently 15/1. Smith out to Broad for 0.

    3rd test: NZ v Pakistan

Starts Friday 11 December. Only one change to the NZ lineup with Watling in for Fulton. A disgrace that Fulton was the only one dropped. Also Iain O'Brien's last test.

    Hegs did it his way

http://www.dailymercury.com.au/story/2009/11/26/hegarty-did-it-his-way/ A great article about a great, humble, level-headed guy. Thank you Hegs.

    Hegs announces retirement

http://www.townsvillebulletin.com.au/article/2009/11/18/94731_cowboys.html Thank you so much for a great career Hegs. You have left a massive hole in the Cowboys title hopes for 2010. I will never forget all you gave to the game and how you played a vital role in the Roosters glory years...

Tuitavake signs 2 year deal in Japan

http://tvnz.co.nz/rugby-news/tuitavake-signs-two-year-deal-in-japan-3098796 Very sad to see him go. A brilliant player who deserved more of a go in the ABs in his preferred position at centre. Good luck to him.

Luke Stuart re-signs for 2 years

http://www.nrl.com/NewsViews/LatestNews/NewsArticle/tabid/10874/newsId/55094/Default.aspx I personally would have given him 1 more year but at the same time I'm not unhappy at giving him 2 years. What do you guys think ?

    The Reds

Their performance against the Lions tonight was simply the worst performance I've seen from any team in a long long time. They don't look like they know how to play the game, they play as if they're playing league and I have to question the coaching up there. Their fans deserve better.
  20. African Monkey

    3rd ODI: NZ v India

NZ win the toss and will bowl first. McCullum captaining in the absence of Vettori.
