    Why did SK propose a 5 year plan if he was only contracted for 3 years? It doesn't add up. It makes a mockery of himself and the eels. A new coach will have a different approach thereby making any plans by the previous coach redundant. It should not exceed the length of the tenure.

    That's a novel idea. Leave the players to their own devices like Survivor or Lord of the Flies. Natural selection will determine who is the leader and the weak will be left out of the side.
