    Waugh Chopped......

    Of course he is a factor when the team loses but so are the other 10 players. All I'm saying is that there is no real reason why he should have been dropped given the stats. As a player, captain and mentor he has as much to offer as anyone.

    Totally agree roopy. Steve Waugh is the most courageous and inspirational cricketer I have seen. Growing up he was always a role model to me, he showed us all how to fight and stand up in tough times. I think R.Craddock mentioned in the papers today that a part of Australian cricket had died...
