    League Needs a Theme Song.

Ted, i have no idea mate. It seems ridiculous that the NRL marketing guru's can have such little knowledge of what we, the fans, want.

    League Needs a Theme Song.

No offence intended rooster. By a blokes song i just meant not anything by britney spears, or some tom kennealy attempt at poetry (the thought of 'blow that whistle ref' still disturbs me!). Just something that we all know the words to, a song that we all hear down at the pub and all start...

    League Needs a Theme Song.

Certainly agree League needs a theme song. Some suggestions may include: AC/DC - Thunderstruck AC/DC - Back in Black Hunters & Collectors - Holy Grail Choirboys - Run To Paradise I just think that whatever song is chosen, it should be a beer drinking anthem, a song that we all know...

    Waugh Chopped......

Of course he is a factor when the team loses but so are the other 10 players. All I'm saying is that there is no real reason why he should have been dropped given the stats. As a player, captain and mentor he has as much to offer as anyone.

    Waugh Chopped......

Waugh has been made a SCAPEGOAT. If you look at the stats, Steve Waugh performed better or as good as any batsman. The only exception was Michael Bevan. M.WAUGH: 7 innings, 126 runs,Avg - 21.00, SR - 70.78 GILCHRIST: 6 innings, 97 runs, Avg - 16.16, Highest Score of 31, SR - 97 PONTING...

    In praise of Steve Waugh

Totally agree roopy. Steve Waugh is the most courageous and inspirational cricketer I have seen. Growing up he was always a role model to me, he showed us all how to fight and stand up in tough times. I think R.Craddock mentioned in the papers today that a part of Australian cricket had died...

    Thought for the day

Feb 7, '02 " A man will take any girl to bed, and it has nothing to do with any attraction for her or his love for his wife. A woman may like to think she is the same, that she is equal, but she's not, because when she loves her man, she'll be faithful to him. A woman's love for a man is...

I'd have to say footy2k. Speaking to him over MSN we get on really well. I'd certainly like to have a nite on the town with footy, I think judging by some of our chats on msn it would be quite entertaining. I think if footy wasn't a Kiwi we could probably end up good mates Mystery Man is...
