    His efforts in this area dropped off a cliff when he played in the 2023 season ,not sure whether it was attitude /age /injury related ,but he did himself no favours as far as showcasing his current ability. Wouldn't touch him with a bargepole.

    Agree with you OV ,I have been a very vocal critic of the board for the past decade and there has to be a complete change in the way the operate, the proof is in the pudding. However in this case I would just like to see some balls from them and drop this overpaid myth to reserve grade...

    The idea has merit, but I would prefer to see the board act /override coach and just do it. That would show that despite the clubs current position ,they are not going to be pushed around by a petulant spoilt brat.     I know its sort of off topic for this thread ,but yes, we dodged a big bullet not signing Kikau ,he seemed clueless at the Bulldogs until his injury. Seemed to me he needed he didnt adjust to playing with his new inside men at all, so that would have been another waste of money in recruitment.
