    Flanno is an interim coach

    If you go through his first grade record he seems to have been around too long in first grade to deliver a premiership.     Don't buy players who only put in at contract time

    Jono wright seems to fit that title. Buy young guys like Gagan. Look at Parra this year. They have Pauli, junior etc who have killed it and nobody knew who they were last year.
