    Dragons interested in Valentine Holmes

take your banter elsewhere. its boring.

    Cooper cronk

Rest of article from dailytelegraph... Souths seemed like a natural fit for Cronk with former Melbourne assistant and now Rabbitohs coach Michael Maguire close friends with the precision-passing No.7. But the Dragons have already blown the Rabbitohs out of the water and are poised to offer...

    Big signing coming

Anyone else also really excited about this big signing??!

    Ivan Cleary

I don't think McGregor should have a say in it. McGregor did will, he has earned a pass mark but nothing more. I think Cleary is a better coach.

Surely we have to jump at the chance while there is time.

    Eels don't want John Folau...

I've got nothing sorry GC. Bit out of the loop over here but I sure hope your mail is correct. His defence has been a problematic feature of his game but I am sure Mary could get him positioning himself correctly pretty quickly. I'll see if I can find anything out.

    Eels don't want John Folau...

As a long time friend of Konrad Hurrell's, I used to joke with him to join the Dragons when he decided to make the switch to league. He is surely on the outer at the Warriors and we need speed and power. Him and Frizell together would be a force to be reckoned with.

    Churchill medal

While I wouldn't have chosen him to win the CC and i'd agree that it is not surprising that Thurston won it we do have to remember how great his standards, and our expectations of him are. He was still bouncing back from being smashed from pillar to post, he remained calm and composed in some...

Was that the greatest Grand Final ever?

Very well said. A good observation of today's society and rugby league demographic. However, I'd still say 97 was tainted because of the turmoil surrounding the competition at the time, although the game itself was superb. I can't vouch for 89 as I was only young at the time. As far as...

Was that the greatest Grand Final ever?

The conversation is about NRL/ARL. Get over it.

    Churchill medal

Let's not forget however that Thurston should have had at least one, maybe two try assists to his name if it weren't for the ineptness of his wing three quarters

    Churchill medal

I'd have went with JT - Jason Taumalolo for CC

    Joint-Premiers

I think golden try/penalty is the best compromise. I don't like games being decided by field goals in extra time but a repeat gf the next week should be avoided at all costs.

    Ben Hunt

Cowboys did all the attacking and Broncos were just so tired.

First time LU collectively appreciates the Premiers?

In my many years watching rugby league that would have to be the 'fairytale' ending that people always speak about. It was just so well scripted, with the once cellar dwellers, the little brother, the JT thing and the way they actually went about winning the game after the siren etc.. I am...

First time LU collectively appreciates the Premiers?

Everyone, including roosters were happy to see the Dragons win in 2010. ;)

    Were the Broncos dudded?

Clutching at straws. The game was pretty uncontroversial as far as referee decisions go. Hodges shouldn't have been playing at all but thats another issue...
