    Watched the reserves match today. Unfortunately, Sloan was pretty average. Spud Carroll in commentary said he was wondering why he was in reserves, but after the game understood why. Talented player. Just hope we have the systems yo get the best out of him.

    For mine DD, he was slipping off the tackle and grasping. It’s not your classic hip drop. You’d like to think given JWH had nothing to worry about, Moose won’t either but his name and the colours he wears might see a different outcome.

    Late in that 2nd half we saw what Amone can do. Needs to do it for full 80 mins. Macca has a place in the team. He does a lot of defence but Bud needs 30 mins per game minimum. Hunt is the man. McGuire, Suli and Molo I was also impressed with.

    That 10 mins with Su’a in the bin we had 7% of possession. Dumb, dumb, dumb. We look like we’ve never met in attack. Besides a couple of complete brain fades in defence, it hasn’t been too bad. Anyway, 2nd half we have to starve them of possession. Fingers crossed.
