    Yes NZRU owns the NZ franchises including The Crusaders and The Hurricanes. ‘Christchurch’ Crusaders’ and ‘Wellington’ Hurricanes don’t exist all the clubs are multiple province models that don’t have a regional name before the mascot (similar to The Dolphins)

    They may not have the talent but they’ve got the money. The likes of South Africa and France have to potential to dominate league if it were able to flourish there. There’s also a couple of emerging Union nations like Georgia and Romania that have potential also
