Need Assistance To Settle a Dispute

True that, mate. lf your going to fight, look your opponent in the eye and go for it.......not knee someone from behind, it’s a gutless way of doing business..... something Melbourne perfected. ( Slater, Smith )

Need Assistance To Settle a Dispute

Good post, G67. From a non bias point of view, l always held Price in high regard as quality player but that did not discount him from being dirty. If my memory serves me correct, l can recall many stories of Pricey about being very dirty at times. Not unlike Craig Young, as good as he was, he...

Need Assistance To Settle a Dispute

All good stuff. Back in them days, size didn’t matter and the little guys got touched aplenty. Billy Smith copped plenty but also gave it back and then some. Even after he retired, Billy was always punchy in general. With the old man running parts of the security at the club, Billy over time...

Update - It has come to my attention that over the past number of pages, very few people, if any, have typed a....... SACK McGregor! You are slipping fellas! As you were......

Yes, fair call. JDB, regardless of how iron clad the case against him may be, must be presumed innocent until proven otherwise, he should not have been stood down. Beattie, like everything he does, stuffed it just so he could be seen to be supportive to the female sector and the bleeding heart...

Still think it reeks of desperation from McGregor and gives him a ‘get out clause’ if we fail miserably. To me, it seems so long winded, so many if’s and but’s. Surely one would cut their losses and move on and pick a ‘ready to go’ players. Anyway, just my two bobs worth.

Yep, think we need to get McGregors name added to the caption.

Well said. Any coach who includes a banned player with no defined court date to return to the nrl, whilst also still needing nrl clearance, who hasn’t play a game for a year and a half, into the top 30 player list.....is totally brain dead. McGregor has totally lost the plot.

You seem to be clutching at straws to pick an argument. l merely commented on how some players are using their heritage as a way out of apologising for stuffing up. As l said, we all stuff up, the only difference is some cop it on the chin, others look for an escape. l prefer not to have to...

    The Rumours Thread

Please make your way to the ‘Sack McGregor’ thread. There, you will be able to console yourself with fellow ‘McGregor goneski’ hopefuls. If the urge gets the better of you, please post nice things to express everything you like about McGregor and how he should remain coach of our beloved...

No anger in my comments but certainly some frustration. We all make mistakes, however some people tend to look for the easy way out, possibly to blame something or others as opposed to accepting that they had stuffed up. There has been a number of players over the past couple of years who...

BLM01, I agree that the media do overdo it. That’s always been the case but more so nowadays. My point was that the mud won’t stick if they don’t make themselves a target. Most achieve it, some don’t.

Yes, ‘Sack McGregor’ will never go out of fashion, even when he’s is eventually gone.

Of course, there’s always a jockey out there that takes offence to common sense. So typical of some younger generation participants.

THIS. As you say OT, there are a number of players who keep putting themselves in bad positions yet, when the public call them out, they then cry racist or try leaning on their heritage as an excuse. Really pathetic to be honest and in fact, if anyone should cry racist, it should be the public...

Jerseys On Sale at Peter Wynn Score..........Retro Special

Still in isolation so got a good deal of a Squire Stratocaster with extra Humbucker pick up. Quite amazed at the quality of it overall.

Great selection there, avocado. What brand is the blue bass and is that a 3/4 neck or just the angle of the image?
