    2024 Rabbitohs Round 26 - Vs Panthers

Few thoughts. love Grey but he is not a fullback keppie was great again Duncan is excellent Myers ,,,sort of. Burgess injured?? walker tried hard as did jack. moale getting better every week. host and mamasoulis not going to cut it we need an absolute spark if we are going to carry a tiny...

    2024 Rabbitohs Round 26 - Vs Panthers

Sad to say or “second” hooker offers nothing in attack or defence. I had such a high opinion of Host n,,,, no more. Keppie was great. Havilli strong. No flash in the backs.

    Rabbitohs Rumors, Signings and News

I know he is untried in that position but his defence is excellent, is very tough, throws an excellent pass and reads the game well. I don’t think any half back would do any good if his forwards played like ours were at the beginning of the year.

    2024 Rabbitohs Round 23 - Vs Storm

I expected a big blowout. It was pretty certain we were not going to win but I thought our patched together side was actually really good. We were never going to win with the slowest centre pairing in the history of the game and it showed with our real lack of spark in attack and the ability of...

    Rabbitohs Rumors, Signings and News

I seriously think Keepie has been close to being one of our best every week at the moment A huge improvement from earlier in the year. Pulls off so many desperation tackles for a big man. Elias at hooker is not such a bad idea as cookie will leave a big defencive hole and Elias was one of our...

    2024 Rabbitohs Round 15 - Vs Broncos

Excellent performance in shocking conditions, reminiscent of when we flogged the warriors (last year I think). Thought all round good performance. Really thought Keppie (except for one big mistake ) was excellent in defence and hit up’s were solid, Duncan was outstanding, really growing in his...

    2024 Rabbitohs Round 12 - Vs Eels

The slowest centre pairing in the world. I also thought Isaac was pretty good and would have definitely left Milne out. The two hookers has me perplexed,,,,,,Pete is solid but doesn’t really bring any speed or impact off the bench,,,,I guess we shall see.

    2024 Rabbitohs Round 3 - Vs Roosters

My concern is in every game played without Illias’ a defence the score would have been higher. No halfback is going to go well if your forwards are continually dominated and you a have a centre and a winger who are slower than most props.

    2024 Rabbitohs Round 2 - Vs Broncos

Sorry,,,I agree about Kennar but feel Havili always offers some extremely strong straight running and great defence.

    Round 24 - Rabbitohs vs Dragons: Saturday 12th August 3pm @Barlow Park

Take three starting front rowers out of any team and tell me how you think they will go. Still apart from that we were pretty ordinary. Stretch looks very broken. Bright light,,,, Shaq best on field again,,,, his brothers full back positional play in defence needs tightening,,,to say the least...

    Round 23 - Rabbitohs vs Sharks: Saturday 5th August 7:35pm @Optus Stadium

I have always really liked Host but he hasn’t returned to his previous form. Last week there were way too many arm grabs, soft tackles and misses from him. I still think Shaq has definitely had the most impact off the bench and would like to see him in there. Milne has been safe under the high...

Round 18 - Warriors vs Rabbitohs: Friday 30th June 8pm @Go Media Stadium

Thought Shaq was one of our best forwards again,,, made meters every time and defends well. Amazing all round effort considering the appalling conditions. Great game.

    Round 13 - Rabbitohs vs Raiders: Saturday 27th May 7:35pm @Accor Stadium

Also thought Shaq was close to our best forward and Tallis looked great.

    Round 13 - Rabbitohs vs Raiders: Saturday 27th May 7:35pm @Accor Stadium

Ilias takes the line on exceptionally well and it is this that is of enormous benefit to Cody ,,,, it gives him space and time to weave his magic. Ilias’s defence is fantastic however his kicking game is very ordinary. I also believe Milne is a defencive liability. He comes in off his wing to...

    Round 12 - Rabbitohs vs Eels: Friday 19th May 8pm @Allianz Stadium

Still wish he would be more effective in defence,,,often rushes in and then doesn’t complete,,,,,leaving Stretch to cover his errors. He also has a tendency to go on with a bit of crap and will give away stupid penalties but overall yes he has been playing well.

    Round 9 - Broncos vs Rabbitohs: Friday 28th April 8pm @Suncorp Stadium

Great game to watch. I do however think Milne is a huge defensive liability. Makes bad defensive decisions and misses a lot.

    2023 Round 3 - Roosters vs Rabbitohs: Friday 17th March 8pm @Allianz Stadium

What is the rule,,,,, when a player is in a try scoring position and he is hit with a head high deemed illegal tackle which forces him to lose the ball?????
