Balmain Tigers' squads for 2005 announced

Yes, Joe Harris is a highly rated junior kiwi lock. The Tigers have done well to get him off the Broncos.

    Endeavour High win University Shield

Tigers supporters believe that Samu Wara, Dean Caldwell and Tevita Lahu are also guns for EHS. Caldwell is the NSW 17s 5/8.

More Proof that local juniors are obselete

Is this not the ultimate proof that a merger with another club or relocation is the only viable option for the Roosters?

More Proof that local juniors are obselete

So we're expected to believe that in one of the most highly populated (and popular) areas of Sydney, the Roosters cannot do better than a handful of junior clubs? You're argument presents a solid case as to why the Roosters should be cut from the NRL! Bring it on! Discounts for genuine...

More Proof that local juniors are obselete

Of course you don't care where a player comes from! Why should you; the NRL to date has failed to give recognition to the clubs that do actually produce local juniors on a regular basis - Knights, Panthers, Dragons, Raiders, Tigers, Sea Eagles and Eels. Significant salary cap exemptions...

    Luke O'Donnell

A fine player. Pitty WTs didn't recognise that! :(

    Luke O'Donnell

O'Donnell is an impact player. Opportunities occur when he runs the ball simply because he is a destructive runner. He provides the impact and go forward that our forwards have lacked this year. Look at his impact for Nth Queensland in the finals. The fact is that most of our forwards...

home to ulladulla via townsville!

    Luke O'Donnell

Rationalise retention mistakes with "let's move on". The idea is to learn from this and to say yes, in the case of O'Donnell, Graham Murray has proved what a good forward he is, and what a good forward he could have been for WTs.

    Lincoln Withers On Open Market

We know what guys like Withers can do and what they can't do. Why bring a player back if he is not what the club wants? Significant improvement in WTs performance to a large degree will be dictated by the emergence of younger players from Balmain and Wests.

finch gets off, NRL a joke

Apparently the Judiciary has re-opened the Julian O'Neill case; you know the one involving the shoe. I understand that it has now been downgraded to a fart.

    No More Campbelltown

You also wouldn't have to be einstein to realise that stronger teams would attract n greater attendances at Campbelltown? Is this reflected in statistics? Why is it that WTs feel the need to schedule matches against stronger teams at Campbelltown?

    Premier league semi?

I have to say that I would like to see Nash back on the wing in place of Chapman. Hopefully Khmet will be fit to play as his footballing brain was sorely missed. I think Wara and Caldwell also backed up from the previous night Endeavour v Nth Queensland match.

    Premier league semi?

Yes. The Sharks played well ably assisted by some questionable decisions by the referee.
