    4 nations game 7 - 4 nations final - ENG V AUS

I think you're missing the article for what it is. While it does criticise Sinfield it's only his option taking, which is clearly wrong at times, the pictures in the article show that, it also praises Sinfield as a major part in them winning the game thanks to his organisation and kicking...

    4 nations game 7 - 4 nations final - ENG V AUS

It's highly unlikely to happen but for England's sake I hope Sinfield is moved to hooker. His form previously at hooker for England has been better than what his current for at 5/8 is and he also stifles them a bit, but his organisation, kicking and leadership are still crucial for the team...

    Robert Lui???

I'm fairly sure Laurie wasn't even charged in the end and he was released, at least publically, so he could get some game time.

Heigno to play for the Poms

Unfortunately they've got a lot of forwards out at the end of the year, many of them backrowers as well. I'd say Heighington will get a run but I doubt he'll be considered if they've got a full compliment to choose from.

    Rumours in RLW

Humble is more of a half than a fullback. He played the entire QLD Cup season before signing with the Eels in the halves.

    Trent Merrin

Are you sure of those numbers? You might want to have another look...

    The bobcat

You know our team is in a sorry state of affairs when I thought you were talking about Beau Ryan and his stints in the pack recently.

    Fultons intercept passes

As bad as Lui is playing, he is not as much at fault as our stupid tactic of kicking at the advantage line with the defence right on top of the kicker. It is the sole reason for our kicking game being poor.

    Moltzen signing confirmed

    Team vs Dogs R16

Our halves play left and right, their numbers don't matter whatsoever. I can't see Moltzen starting on the bench either, for either Miller or Simona.

Gibbs and fifita to leave at season's end

That's now two of three players that make our defensive line gone...

Official NSW State of Origin team game 2

Lewis has only been roving lately because Coote has been out. Coote favours the left and was Penrith's main man there before he got injured initially. Lewis has simply added this responsibility to his right sided role. Regardless, he's clearly capable of playing all over the park and doing it...

Official NSW State of Origin team game 2

Since when has Lewis played on the left for Penrith? Waterhouse has been playing left all year while Lewis has been running wide on the right. Just because Lewis roams a bit doesn't mean he's a left player. He's very much been playing on the right.

    Heart Shown By Young Forwards

Your NSW team for Game II

For me most of the changes that should be made aren't focused on taking out the players who aren't up to it, but about bringing in the blokes that should have or would have been there barring injuries. Hanging on like we did or playing average or passable football isn't going to win you games...

    Paul Gallen

If Scott doesn't rush out of the line at Lockyer then the ball to Slater isn't on.

    Jason Cayless retires

Regarding Tuiaki, I believe there may be a clause in the Cap that allows a contract like Tuiaki's to be exempt from the Cap because of the length of his injury. I'm of the belief that his salary wasn't entirely included last year let alone this year.

    Bryce Gibbs

Gibbs' metres have suffered in the second half of the year. It's not exactly clear why he'd go from making well over 100m most weeks to making around 90m but I've always thought he could have been suffering from having to play as pretty much the only front rower in our team early in the season...

    payton rolls ankle

You'd think that starting Fifita would hopefully result in his weaknesses being somewhat nullified but when you come on 70 minutes into a game and the opposition hooker strolls past you in your first set on the field like Jake Friend did, then questions really need to be asked. Fifita had been...

If England had backs they would be dangerous

The battle for Lock is quite an interesting one but I think England may have struck gold with their line up last year and playing Sinfield at Hooker. It allows them to play another big bopper in their line up, clearly their strength. With Peacock unfortunately gone for the season that may mean...
