    There is still a bit of movement with QCup clubs and relationships with NRL clubs. Looks like Souths back with Broncos in some capacity, GC one isnt happening.

    Im heading down to ADL for the SOO - great facility, and it will be full of corporates. Infact corporate support and facilities sold out almost immediately.

    i am biased however I really want the Magpies to stay inner city. For mine a lot of the position the Magpies find themselves in now is of their own making - or the lack of doing things of their own making!

    My little input on this.. My company supports RL quite a lot.. and all of that is as im based in Brisbane, however my head office is actually Adelaide! I can confirm that they know of 'rugby'. My CEO went to Rams games! think about this, the CEO of a multinational company went to Rams games...

    State of the game in Qld post pandemic..... Who / what will be affected ?

    Would not be surprised at all if the 2021 Q Cup comes back with one or 2 less clubs. So many of them do it quite tough as it is! I had heard a rumour of some small comp being looked at late 2020 - less teams, BNE based, and condenced format. Who knows though!

    Yep thats right. All the Brisbane based QCup clubs have junior development areas outside of Brisbane. For mine, that doesnt rationalise having Logan in their name though.

    I wonder this myself! Personally I think the logan name adds nothing, and possibly detracts from what 'should' be the strategy of reconnecting with the inner south of brisbane. FWIW, ive mentioned this - and within Souths itself theres a differing of opinions on this. One 'senior' souths guy...
