    Good summary... The reason behind the boards actions I suspect has more to do with pressure applied by ASADA/ARLC review suggesting a breakdown in corporate governance, appropriate reporting mechanisms and systems etc. Bit of a catch-22, board running on a shoestring budget without a CEO...

    Hey All, interesting its so difficult to find out about this, a mate of mine suggested a search of the ASIC website, where for a small fee you can obtain a copy of all of the clubs details including constitution and AGM dates anual reports etc. I will do some digging tomorrow.

    Frenzy, I heard similar damming info from a recently departed premier league player. Apparently our coaching staff don't beleive in "skills" training... might explain how well we seem to be doing the "basics"...
