    Female sideline commentators

    You never know Charlie, but it might be quite refreshing to have a female perspective on the game. Spectators and viewers are not solely male but probably increasingly female. and this idea might provide further opportunity to extend the market to those of the fairer sex. Kav

    All the island nations are better suited to league than union. They just like to run the ball and have all the ball handling skills needed.     So you believe hitting someone around the head (while they are extremely vulnerable) is a manly act? Just look where Slater's arm is in relation to Stewart's head ie above it. These sort of tackles are used by the media to drag our game down, especially if they escape penalty Kav

    I believe Slater hit him high and was the main culprit. Stewart was falling from Slater's hit when Crocker came in to finish him off. Whether Crocker's head shot was accidental or deliberate is not clear as Stewart was already falling but, in any case, Slater should have been penalised. Kav

    Perhaps I just don't like to whinge, Misty! Actually, I don't mind the night games during the season as I can watch them in succession on the tele but finals are special and deserve to be seen in their best light ie in the daytime. Kav
