    I dont dislike the idea, but I'd hate to see these regions beat 72-4 every week. All the better players out of these regions would have already been plucked out by the Sydney clubs. As for SWAS and Westrn Sydney Academy, I'd remove them from the comp to be honest. I dont understand why...

    Could somebody please explain me how a player the calibre of Wests Fullback James Tedesco gets completely left out? The kid scores tries, saves tries, was an Australian schoolboy and is with the Tigers 20's now and they snub him. I really do wonder who picks these teams and what criteria...

    Its going to be interesting to see how they go over the next few weeks. They still have to play Penrith, Parra and Newcastle not to mention Illawarra, who could be a dark horse. Good luck to them, but could be tough. As for Wests and Balmain.....I think they'll both make the final 8, but...

    I'm predicting alot of angry and frustrated young men, parents, coaches/team managers/trainers on Saturday afternoon.....lol The ref's have apparently been told to blow the pea outta the whistle for issues such as noted above, amongst others. There's gonna be some pain over the next month...

    I dont like being picky, but for the record, Jason Williams only coached the Dogs SG Ball side in 2009 when they won the comp....This season he was an assistant with Wests NSW Cup side I think.
