    Maybe, but I reckon there would be a number of 'experts' that would say Brooks can still turn into a quality half back given the right environment. He certainly has all the ingredients, speed, defence, kicking, experience......Moses did it

    I don't thinks it's that funny. Sheens and Marshall know a good footballer more than most people and seem to believe that Brooks is a better player than Hastings and can turn him into a top quality half back. I think you have to have some faith in them, I'll be enjoying the ride if they do...

    Geez that's a big risk playing Laurie at 6, he's unproven, you would have keep Brooks or AD at least, just in case. Brooks for Klemmer would be okay and keep AD, I think AD still has room for improvement

    I agree with your reference to their defence. Panthers seem to get off their line faster and more consistently than any other team so the opposition find it hard to get momentum coming out of their half, they are so fit, they must be relentless at training. It seems they are offside all the time

    Salary Cap Effectiveness

    What about support staff such as number and types of physios, dietitians, mental coaches etc and facilities such as training facilities, grounds etc? This must play a part when attracting players. This is there place of work, so the more support and better facilities the more attractive place...

    What a player, he has his flaws but it would be hard to find a player with a highlight reel like this one. And this is without his Kiwi magic. Congrats on the 300 and thanks for the memories
