Marvellous how a 1 point last minute win against a side that underperformed compared to last week suddenly gets the she’s ok crowd going
It was a great thing to win last night but it did little to diminish the issues that continue to confront us as a team.
Celebrate the win but be honest in the appraisal
A good team like Storm or Roosters will not let you off the hook so easily when you make the errors we made last night.
We win a close encounter which was something in itself but the scores should never have been that close considering the advantage we held.

Yes I did watch the game and yes there were some bad calls but simply put we let them into the contest.
The Sims penalties and Ravalawa dropped ball weren't unlucky they were just shit football.
The non shot at FG when they gave it to Korbin was again dumb football and squandering your chance to slam the door shut on the opposition.
IMO lucky it was Broncos we were playing and not Storm or Roosters

We were stronger in the forwards without doubt.

We have a slowwww back line.

Our team can’t afford the luxury of giving away so many penalties nor can it afford to drop the ball in our 20.

Broncos were lucky. We could have scored a few more tries.

OT is right in saying that the Roosters and Storm would have punished us.

When we get Frizell back and possibly JDB we will become even more dangerous.

Love it when we win.

But we must all accept the team has a long way to go to challenge for the premiership.

There is a lot of sentiment about not having Frizzel and JDB but I have to say that we lost very little with Host and Lawrie last night.
They were both great.
That's why you have a squad of players and it shouldn't be a disaster if there are injuries.

................after the Broncos game. At what point do our bone headed "management" think there "may" be a problem with the way "McDuckwit" is "coaching" (for the want of a better word) our team and realize we need an overhaul in the coaching ranks?! My concern is, and as mentioned in other posts by our fellow forum members that have an "inside ear" to what is going on, that we swap McDuckwit for Young, which is like swapping Price for "McDuckwit". A bit lost Guys as to what hope we have for the future?! On paper, we have one of the better rosters, but our players can't "coach" themselves.

Please someone, anyone, talk me down from the edge..................
This post aged well.
