2003 Finals Series - Week 1 when you beat us 48-22 at the Showground... it's been that long  5 years!

Let's just hope none of your three-quarter line get sent off :sarcasm:

Nice sig banner by the way ;-)

Slim IMO... depends how our players hold up... Nick Kouparitsas deserves a jersey ahead of him if you ask me.

As long as Sonny Bill doesn't play as well as he did last time he was at Mt Smart we should go okay. Should be a good game....Dogs/Warriors games usually are.

I reckon:

- Ivan will make a couple of key changes to the team before Sunday (I can see Fai and possibly Rapira having a rest)
- Warriors will win, with a couple of late tries blowing out the margin (14+)
- Several lust-filled posts will be made on LU within seconds of the first tackle involving both Michael Witt and Michael Sullivan

This should be a real grunt match. Watch the forward packs smash each other to pieces. I can't wait.

Warriors to win 30-28

Warriors should get up in this one, dont the dogs have any other half besides Holdsworth? How has Groom been going?

The Dogs are morals. Coming off a hiding, plus the coach announces he's off at the end of the year....usually either one of those is enough for a win.

Groom's injury is what's holding him back.

I wish Holdsworth would demote himself :(

He was injured quite a bit at Manly, I am keen to see how he goes in the NRL. How long till he is back?

Should be interesting how WF will go with this game. Who is he going to side? ;-)

Where are you WF?!

There's another goal kicking thread that's been opened up in the NRL forum, so Wittyfan will be a while. He'll be having another lovefest with Effie for sure.

I can't wait for this one. I hate to overstate it, but we have got to shut down SBW. I don't care if we have to injure the poor bugger again. Maybe bank on him always getting an offload away and make sure you have his support runners accounted for. He's in dangerous form at the moment.

Should be a great match.
