I cannot fathom that there is still negative comments on this forum regarding this team's performance. I appreciate that the round is not over, however we are in equal first position (that won't changed regardless of results this round).

We have won 3/4 against fellow top 6 sides this season. Regardless of injuries to other teams or whatever other excuses our fellow forum "fans" have for the dragons actually winning (does that even makes sense!!!), this is a ridiculous achievement for a team expected to fail spectacularly this season. Even moreso is the fact we have held these fellow top 6 sides to an average of 7 ppg. Outstanding.

:thumn after two rounds I was sure we were a write off for 2015, this turnaround is nothing short of remarkable.

Sure the attack is still a work in progress however the signs are there & as long as they can keep defending the way they have been then they don't have to score many anyway.
Not sure whether Mary is a good coach or not but he certainly seems to be a good man manager which these days is just as important.Players like Duges,Thommo,Jdb Friz, Ah Mau & Rein seem to have gone to another level which is a credit to Mary.Am loving Thommo's play at the moment & Duges is starting to show some ball play.I must say it is so good to see a fullback play the game at speed no matter what they are doing.

no everyone's being harsh on him because no matter how well they play even in this high quality competition despite the "roster" despite the "coach" he's gotta get on and bitch rather than enjoy the fact that we are winning and sitting top of the ladder despite what everyone from the media to pundits and fans thought we were capable of!even throughout the last three years I've always backed my team he tends to treat them with disdain and criticism so yeah he cops some heat but f**k it you come on this forum and put your views forward you're open to the critiques that come your way alls fair in love and war!GO THE SAINTS! I think Dino is being harsh on the Dragons attack rather that the posters on Dino.

Our attack has been limited due to poor conditions like Friday's game and the game at the Knights which again was under very bad conditions. I think the Manly game was in the wet as well from memory. On a dry track they scored 31 points against the Dogs.

I think you must take that into account. The Knights have gone out and played a more attack minded game in the wet and it has not got them anywhere? If you look at the amount of time Saints spent in the opposition 20 you would see a majority of the playes ended in repeat sets or tries.

Saints are being compared to teams in the Bennett era so just be happy while it lasts as it could be a while. Confidence is a great thing to have and plays a huge role in your attitude, and Saints are getting more and more each week.
