On form the Tigers will belt us.

I'm confident though that our boys can finally put together 80 minutes.
The last 3 weeks we've only put together 20 or 30 minutes of footy, and the scoreboard has matched the clock during those periods.

This week, 80 minutes is essential or we could be facing a hammering.

Tigers should be favourites for this, Dragons have been diabolical in their past two second halves. If they serve up the same unacceptable sh*t, Tigers will win 13+

All depends whether or not the Dragons want to get out of their comfort zone ...

Dragons will win....Don't really rate the Tigpies chances of putting 2 quality games together

Our right side defence has sucked alot in recent weeks and Cooper has been in great form.

That and the two teams who have toppled the Dragons have nothing to lose. If we get flogged by throwing the ball and making mistakes it makes our position even more precarious.

Tough game to pick though

I think the Tigers should be confident here. The form of their forward pack is unheralded. Ellis is destroying people. Galloway ran for nearly 200 metres the other night. Fulton is in career best form. Woods is stepping up nicely. Heighington is Heighington. That's where they can win it imo.

Tigs by 8. No confidence at all about this. We might be a chance if Stanley stays away from dummy half & actually put 24 points on by half time then fold as per usual & scrape in....

Realistically, the Dragons need to win this to make the top 4. Massive fall after looking like top two certainties earlier in the season, through we have beentorn apart thru Origin. This is a must-win game for the Saints, simple as that.

Good point. A lot of people seem to think that teams which like to throw the ball round (Tigers, Parra, Canberra, Warriors, Souths) win games by doing so. They don't (unless they're playing rubbish opposition). When they win, it's because they win the forwards battle, giving them the space to play their attacking football properly and with effect. You try and play all-out attack while losing up front, and it generally leads to lots of dropped ball and/or ground being lost, and usually the game with it.

The unfortunate bit is that the Tigers do have the grunt up front.

Hopefully the media can write us off during the week a bit more and fire the boys up even more

We're at that stage of the season where we have struggled previously with Wayne as coach. He gave the boys a fair spray in the public. We will be up for this, can see this game going down the same sort of route as last years game @ SCG against the Roosters went. Hopefully we end up on the right side of scoreboard again.
