That’s what I wrote on another thread, we don’t take our chances but the roosters well & truly did.

I harp back to the top 4 playoff last year. If Lewis doesn’t knock on over the line (which would’ve tied up the game), it could’ve been us in the grand final & winning.

That game coulda been so different.

I only watched the replay and knew the result. Different watching a game with the emotion taken out of it.
The anger. Hope. Fear. Heartbreak.

We more than matched them until Feks knockon and the bum decision to award Roosters the scrum.

Ffor the next 15 minutes they made us pay for every simple mistake we made.
The titans wouldnt but sides like this do.

They dont score again after the 48 minute mark. Just a 15 minute brain fart across the park from us hands them the 2 points.

We should hold no fear of them when we are full strength.

Johnson is a guy who doesnt always get into a game. Guilty of it at the warriors and in round 1 against knights.

He was the same for a long period last night. The games on but he just cant get unto it. Too much Chad. SJ needs to take early touches and kicks or he fafes out and becomes a spectator.
When we started to run in the last 20 he becomes the best player on the park.

Very impressed with bombers presso.
Smart guy who understands the NRL very well and isnt affected by emotion.

Fair assessment. Critical errors were so costly. Execution needs to improve significantly. They just are not ruthless enough.

No way was SJ even fit. He even stuffed up in pre game interview when he was going to say it was 50% right but tried a cover up by saying it was 50% right last week.

Fifita is hobbles well.

As I said last week or week before, the injury wheel has been spun and landed on the Sharks for this year. It was due, Sharks heven’t had a really bad year with injuries for ages

Roosters were ordinary. They just put on a spurt in the same way The Sharks did vs the Cowboys.
