Counting down the days. Really eager for this. I'll make the drive up the road to the SFS to watch us smash little brother.

Souths by 14.

Roosters will prove to me tomorrow if they have any hope in hell of winning this. So until they do, Souths by as many as you like.

This will be a close game.

Despite any perceived gulf in class, the Roosters have a great side on paper, and they are one of the few sides in the NRL that can match it with us physically through the middle of the ruck.

They always lift against us and they're at home.

Souths by a few points, not the blowout many will be predicting.

After we get flogged tonight the players will be looking forward to our 4th bye of the year. Roosters by 50.

I refrain from making any predictions about this match.

Last match we played, the Roosters beat us after being down by 8 points with 3 minutes to go.

The match before that, Chris Sandow kicked a 50m field goal to win in golden point.

The match before that, the Roosters lead 28-4, only for Souths to come back and lead 29-28, and then lose in the last 5 minutes.

The match before that, Mitch Aubusson scored to win in the last 3 minutes after a dodgy penalty.

We certainly know how to produce a nail-biter.

I'm never confident against the Roosters. I'll take a one point win ffs.

Exactly, when was the last time Mini didn't have a blinder against us?

When he was running through for the last try in Rd 1, you knew it was all over.

I've never said this before.

Unless souffs are dead set kidding themselves, they'll win by as much as they want.

Yeah, they were pretty poor last night, the Roosters. That FG attempt on the second tackle from Pearce when they got the repeat set was just cringe-worthy stuff.

I really don't understand how a team can be so poorly disciplined. Is Brian Smith that bad of a coach? They honestly lose the penalty count every single week, and the error rate was high again v the Sharks.

I keep waiting for the Chooks to click with the side they have on paper, but it just never happens.

I've never gone into a game against the Roosters as confident as I am of this one. The Roosters are a dumb football team this year. They struggle to complete sets and give away stupid penalties ad nauseum throughout matches. Where as, Souths are as disciplined as I've ever seen them. I know the Roosters always put in against us and it won't be easy but if we turn up to play we should win this game and win it comfortably. Souths by 18.
