The 120 year anniversary of the great game of Rugby League is upon us. The RFL have run many events to mark the historic occasion, which will culminate in the Challenge Cup Grand Final at Wembley on the exact day of the anniversary.

Serbia have arranged an international match with Ireland.

My question is, what is the NRL doing to mark this occasion?

(I know I'm preaching to the converted here and I would have posted this the NRL forum, but usually any time something of substance is posted there it's immediately derailed by sarcasm, abuse and/or chest-beating)

I was being sarcastic in my previous post. I doubt many of the leading figures in our game in Australia are even aware the game existed before 1908.

How many of the oxygen thieves at the NRL would even know about 1908, let alone 1895? Rugby league no longer exists. Its called NRL and it started in 1998. In fact it really started when the spindependent commission started their dictatorship.
