Why is it that all Monday matches that fall on a public holiday still start at 7.00 pm.

It would be a good idea if the NRL started these matches at 3.00 pm or 5.30 pm at the latest. At least there would be potential for a bigger crowd, especially in a wintry Canberra where it will probably be around 5 to 8 deg C during the match.
