Last week Tigers had 9 of their 17 being kiwis or nz/islander heritage...they'll be pumped to be playing over there

Expecting a big crowd in Wellington for this one. Hopefully 25,000 +.

As for who will win?? God only knows!

Not confident here at all. Tigers have turned a corner, we will be knackered after last week, and will struggle in the forwards if Matulino is out.

Still, stranger things have happened.

You know what.

I'm gonna flip a coin to see who wins.

Heads for NZ.
Tails for Wests.

Head for 13+
Tails for 1-12

First time brooks has come up against a decent halfback in first grade. He has Johnson, DCE and thurston in 3 of the next 4 games. Interested to see how he goes.

Well we won in Townsville for the first time in forever last week (though tried our best to throw it away in the final quarter), so maybe, just maybe we can win in Wellington for the first time. Though Mateo's loose pass last year that gave Bulldogs the corresponding game last year still haunts my dreams & I heavily suspect some similar act of brain-explosive-moronication will be our undoing again.

I might just put a heavy bet on a Tigers win just to ensure the Warriors get up (though that'd probably end up in a Golden Point draw so I lose out both ways!!!!)...

Warriors team now named, only change appears to be Feleti out (knee complaint), TL in (bench).

Didn't realise Mateo hadn't missed a game since joining Warriors (79 consecutive appearances before this weekend). Also no mention of Matulino in article so presumably no ill effects from the knock to the head in the Cowboys game I suppose?
