I feel for you blokes. They are terrible in basically every facet of the game. As a Dragons supporter I was as frustrated as hell watching the Sharks going around tonight, so I can only imagine what it was like for you poor bastards.

People who throw the "Ricky can only coach what he's got" need to realise that he's in to his 4th season at the Sharks and would have had sole say on recruitment and retention over that period of time. The buck stops with him. Sharkies have not improved in any area of the game under him & they are in a worse state now than they ever have been.
