I think Daley needs to pick a whole bunch of Canberra players for origin.

Got to get Ricky Stuart's rep player count up so they can win more games.

Don't know why they were throwing the ball around like that there was nothing on, take the tackle and go into the 2nd half of who can kick a field goal.

He said winning a premiership and you've come in with "went pretty close" FMD.

Uh yeah, the point being had one game gone differently he would already be a premiership winner. Not to mention some pretty ordinary players have a premiership ring so it was a pretty rubbish argument to begin with.

All good the enforcer. I do love how you come into every Raiders game day thread and make a fool of yourself, all because Ricky rattles you ;-)

On the contrary Walt, it's one R Stuart who is rattled after seeing his side slide out of the 8 and not being able to coach his team into not making amateur errors.

Is it too early to say Sezer is his latest statistic in good halves gone bad under stick?

Not really because he was never really that good. No hack, but a solid first grader at best. Was massively overrated by Raiders fans when he signed with them.

As erratic as he is, BJ is still a preferable option at centre. I don't know where Wighton fits into the team anymore. He's not a fullback, his stint in the halves was an absolute disaster. The guy creates nothing.

He'll be a player that'll end up getting frustrated and piss off to another club and excel at his natural position.

i agree
He's got talent and can play, but i just dont know where he should play. Probably needs to go to another club and play centre. He's not playing centre here ahead of BJ or our captain (what ever people think of those players, the reality is those guys are cemented in the team as centres)

NRL stats originally had him at 5.

Not all of them positive results for his team-mates...

Bottom line, blew a try that cost his side early momentum.

Not saying he was awful either, just typically inconsistent. To call it absolutely anything let alone amazing is simply untrue.

Pete. Give it up mate. Just stop it.
If you dont like BJ, you dont like him. I dont particularly like him either, but he's been outrageously good this year and you're kidding yourself if you think otherwise.

No doubt he'll get fat, lazy and shit the bed in about 12 months time, if not sooner, but you've got to give him the credit when its due. He's beasting right now

It?s disappointing because over the last year it looked like he was more comfortable in the position and kept on improving. This year though he seems to have hit a wall and worse yet, gone backwards. One of his best attributes used to be how competitive he was but that?s not there right now, letting balls bounce etc. Seems to be lacking confidence now. We don?t really have a suitable replacement either. There?s Rapana but his hands just aren?t safe enough for a fullback.

It's a shame that Wighton can't follow in the footsteps of so many great Canberra fullbacks. Dugan, Mullins, Nagas, Belcher etc..

Hopefully he turns his form around.

He's no Ben Barba.

Jeeeez wasn't that a circle jerk to end all circle jerks. Broncs fans were creaming their pants as one when he inked his deal. 12 months later "Yeah we never thought that much of him".

Sezsr could still come good. I actually thought the spine (well the 6,7 and 9) did get better towards the end of the game after starting like a busted arse. Im not saying they even deserve a pass mark but we did improve in those areas a bit. Hang onto the ball and we might have won.

Anyways onto next week when the warriors pump us
