I have to admit,Nth Queensland are playing the best football of any side from the past 5 years easily.

They are not only playing a brand of football that is as close to mistake free as you can get, they are playing a high energy, and highly entertaining brand of football that I love.

Thompson pulled his own arm back with his other arm to avoid the potential double movement haha

42-6 with 19 minutes to go...

Knights need another 1 point scored against them to have -300 points and just half way into the season.

Haven't played near their best but still won by heaps.

Sad indictment on the Knights if anything, unfortunately.

Massive gulf between us and the rest of the teams in the comp.

If you look at the stats we don't make an inordinate number of mistakes, and we always turn up and have a go... We are just very young and not very good.

The Knights don't need that much to go back to at least being competitive even for next year, at around a Gold Coast Titans level.

Need to look hard at players that are old, and/or overpaid and underperforming. Cut a bit of the untalented deadwood, persist with youngsters who are recognised as good talent. Sign up a decent fullback, hooker and a couple of good forwards, of which there are plenty around for reasonable prices. Perhaps take a punt or two on players that look like rough diamonds or need a lucky break (eg. Coote, Granville).
