mate if you couldn't see that game for what it was you are kidding yourself.. it's NOT rocket science to see that we were absolutely pumped with the calls in the first half that sat us on our asses for the rest of the game.. yes we slid in defense on our line and yes we dropped some ball.. but ALL of their first half tries came from absolute rubbish penalties gifting them quality field position on a hot day.. what else do you bloody expect from the team..

First 20 minutes was good - unfortunately our penalty rate was hopeless. Few things didnt go our way but cant blame refs, just got out muscled by a good side. Need better support for props - long year ahead but its not like it wasnt expected

We proved we were there to play footy today, got a couple of penalties and then the tsunami hit. Our completion rate in the first half was good, but when the Hartleys got the ball in there own half they were piggy backed out on the back of ridiculous penalties.

Barrett's passing is atrocious!!!
Two of the worst forward passes you'd ever see from a ball player.
The third forward pass to Gallen who couldn't believe Barrett had passed to him in the position he was in was amateur hour at it's best.

Albert Kelly is NOT READY FOR FIRST GRADE!!!!!!

Not denying the defense wilted, but give credit shadow, on the back of that avalanche of possession any team would have struggled. And Manly took control, when the refs started to ref one team. I didn't expect them to win this game, but for once I would just like to go into a game against these c#$ts knowing we will get a fair chance, I would even settle for 60 / 40 but 90 / 10 everytime is tiresome.
