if it is the WORLD sevens. shouldnt they give the winner some money, then give the rest of the profits from the tournment to developing nations??
this would be great devlopment of the international game.
im considering going to the 2004 7's and i would like to know if they sell merchandise at the actual event for all the different countries and teams that play.
