Er, it changes nearly every year, why can't you just keep one. Even your away jersey is different to your home one

The last time we changed it was the end of 2000. We then changed it in 2004.

I'm not the greatest at Maths but that looks like more then one year to me, unless you're going by Leap years?

why can't you just keep one

Sponsorship and the almighty dollar.

Even your away jersey is different to your home one

That's one of the stupidest things I think you've said. Name me one club who has a Home and Away Jersey that are the same. What? None of them? I wonder why?

It might be because THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE DIFFERENT #-o.

Design is different, it's your previous home jersey

Actually no, it's not.

It's the same Away jersey we've had since 2001. The only thing that has changed on that jersey is the logo. And the blue is a slightly lighter shade.

That's it.

And even if it was our previous home jersey, so what? What has that got to do with anything?

Do you actually have any valid points for an argument here or are you just talking out of your arse?

Yes I am talking out my arse

It just seems to me a dingy way of making a quick buck. Most teams have a jersey that reflects their history, or be a more modernised version of it. Sharks don't seem to have one & won't if they continue to change it so consistently

I don't really mind if jerseys have collars or not. I'm actually starting to like the no collar jerseys a bit more. But it really doesn't matter at all to me.

Does that mean you wouldn't care if the Manly 'jersey' next year turned into a $180.00 glorified T Shirt? :x

I wouldn't care in the slightest. It makes no difference whether they have a collar or not. It has no purpose.

Welcome to the 20th century. It's been like this for years now.

Most teams have a jersey that reflects their history or be a more modernised version of it.

Who, St George and Souths? Of the 15 teams in this competition, only 2 wear a 'jersey that reflects their history'.

I can't think of a single jersey from any team, apart from the two I mentioned, that resemble ones worn in the past. They've all changed now.

Penrith wear Black and Aqua and White for crying out loud, and they used to be Brown. NZ wear Grey and White when they used to be White, Red, Blue and Green.

Sharks don't seem to have one & won't if they continue to change it so consistently

As far as I'm concerned, as long as that jersey has Black, White and Blue on it, then it does reflect Cronulla's history and past.

Melbourne's away aint the worst. That bloody green/aqua (never too sure, as Im colourblind) Brisbane used to wear was awful

.
What about the Roosters? They have had the same jersey for years and have only had two main ones(the other one they still wear against both Souths and the Dragons).

That still doesn't put you in a position to attack other clubs' jersey changes. There have been so many different jumpers going through st george/illa in recent years so none of ur statements are holding much water. In fact if I'm not mistaken the team with the least jersey changes since the NRL opened up in 1998 would be us. Our's is still loosely based on the same jersey with only one major overhaul given in 1999. Our away changed once from the grey to inverted Blu&W. Even Souths have had a number of away strips and changes in recent years. The Roosters updated their away strip once or twice, leaving us as the sexiest team alive.

Ok i was joking about that very last part
