Tell me how (in)accurate this list would be:

1. Slater
2. Geyer
3. Inglis
4. King
5. S.Turner

6. Hill
7. Cronk (or Smith)

13. Johnson
12. Kidwell
11. Hoffman
10. White
9. Smith (or Cronk)
8. Kearns

14. G.Turner
15. Kaufusi
16. Donnelly
17. Scott

Smith won't move fro hooker...Bellamy has already said so. It'll be Hill and Cronk in the halves.

So would Webster.

Turner will most possibly be released.

and FFS I hope Kearns will play on next year.

steve? havent heard anything regarding that...where did you hear that mate?

my team would be something like:

fullback: Slater
wingers: Turner- geyer
Centres- inglis- king
5/8- hill
halfback-Cronk
hooker- Cam smith
props- Kearns (if he stays) , Ben cross/ Crossman/ brett white
second row- hoffman , crocker
lock-johnson

bench:

Scott, Brett white, Feeney, crossman/cross (there are a few young guys also pushing for a spot), kidwell

Altho cross and crossman first have to prove themselves.

Also, its likely we'll lose GT so if he goes I'd put Kidwell on the bench and have Crocker and Hoffman in the 2nd row....

Webster should not be dropped for Steve Turner...

I'd like to see Ingliss play FB and push Billy into the centres...

mate i agree with that team but i think they will keep webster and leave turner at norths bar injuries. Dennis scott deserves a spot IMO.

Fullback: Billy Slater - Top of Try Scoring list this year and great backing up

Wings: Webster & S.Turner - turner can kick goals and has good speed. Jake is doing what Matt Geyer does well which is take pressure off the forwards. Matt is a great clubman but may best be used as a cover on the bench to replace the role Cooper Cronk has been playing this year

Centres: King & Inglis - Inglis WILL be the next Mal Meninga

Halves: Cronk & Hill - Creativity from Hilly & tactical kicking & passing from Cronk

Lock - Johnson - tackling machine but needs to bulk up to make more of an impact in attack

2nd Row - Hoffman & Crocker with Kidwell on the bench - very good 2nd row

Props - Kearns (hopefully) & White with Cross, Kaufusi, Scott & Grossman on the bench

Hooker - Cam Smith (vc) with feeny on the bench

So

Slater
Webster
Inglis
King
S.Turner
Hill
Cronk
Johnson
Hoffman
Crocker
Kearns
Smith
White

Kidwell
Cross
Scott
Geyer

Kaufusi
Feeny
Donnelly
Grossman

A pretty good side if you ask me!

why would you have feeney over cross or crossman. i would rather size over workrate as we get eaten up by bigger packs. cross has been great recently for the raiders.

I think he is rewarding the incumbent.

It is up to the recruits to force there way into the side.
As much as I like S.Turner......Webster has done a great job and deserves first go.

Agreed.... and I don't think Feeney has been a negative for us this year. Big guys are good, but someone has to do the hard work. Feeney has this year, and the spot is his for someone to take off him AFAIC
