I thought we were reverting to the old logo :?

Doesnt make much sense IMO to be plugging the membership pacakges with a different logo to what's on the jersey.....

I think you need to give a certain amount of notice to the NRL about jerseys, logos etc.

So unless that timeframe is less than 6 months, the new board that has mentioned the revert wouldn't have been able to do anything about 2010 jerseys.

The old logo is representative of the Blue and Gold Army, not the club, perhaps you should check the advertising. Several news articles late during the 2009 season indicated the logo and jersey change was aimed for 2011 and it was too late to do so for 2010.

http://www.parraeels.com.au/site/_content/document/00000475-source.pdf while having the BGA logo (based on the old club logo) prominent, still features the official club logo in the bottom right corner.

I don't think the logo and jersey are too problematic from the NRL's perspective, it's more about timing with the jersey manufacturers.

Jersey looks better on the players without any white imo.

They can always still sell a version with a white torso as a supporters-only jersey if it is popular enough.

Painaway getting secondary sponsor status after Pirtek - maybe that will mean our guys will now stop trying to mention the f**king stuff in every sentence of every interview they give .

Not a fan of the plastic jersey material nor of that excuse for collar (as a supporter), so will stick with my cotton heritage jersey.

Hindy's one seems to have little plastic bubbles across his chest too.. is this for improved ball handling or something?

You really are a closet Eels fan, eh Timmah?

Suity

I've made similar posts in the Canberra, Souths, Penrith, Manly, Sharks and Roosters forums today actually, all of those clubs jerseys are done by ISC :p

Sorry to spoil your fun lol
