Tim Shames is the ONLY change I will make. These players have talent, he is just picking the wrong players in the wrong position. It's that simple.

That looks about right Brooksy, apart from the fact that post Longmuir Sheens clearly has the pissweak board by the balls and won't be pressured, let alone tapped.

Given that, have we seen anything yet to suggest that Morris won't be re-signed? I mean, he's been selected for every game since he came to the club despite manifestly inept performances. Sheens clearly doesn't have the cojones to drop the bloke and admit he got in wrong in signing him. Why would he not re-sign him?

Sad thing is that we have the makings of a really good team. Galloway, Farah, Laurie, Ellis have it all infront of them and we could build a pack around them. Heighington and Payten could be considered good support acts - but they've both been super ordinary this year after signing extended deals. Gibbs hasn't done anything to suggest he'll improve on 2005 and sadly, as much as I like the bloke, either has Halatau. And as for Corey Payne and Danny Galea - surely we had enough fringe first graders at the club without their input?

Similarly we could build a backline around Marshall and Lawrence (and Moltzen, if he kicks on and goes the the Chris Lawrence 2007-2008 school of tackle, and Tuiaki, when and if he feels like it, and Collis, if he hangs around). But the hangers on are just poison. And they'll continue to hang while ever Sheens is around.
