2011 draw and travel involved

Just had my first really good look at the 2011 draw and a few interesting things jumped out at me.

we only play 5 games outside of sydney in 2011.
Rd6 V Titans
Rd8 V Canberra
Rd14 V Warriors
Rd 19 V Cowboys
Rd 21 V Manly (this game is at bluetounge)

No trip to Brisbane, Newcastle, Melbourne

We have both of the 2 longest trips in the NRL, to NZ and townsville, but these games are split by our bye in Rd 17

4 of our first 5 games are played at home. The Roosters game is played at the SFS.

No reason to think that the tigers won't have a big pressence at away matches this year.

i havent been to townsville yet so i might go up for that one. its a pity we dont know exactly what days that all the games will be on. the earlier you book airfares & accommodation the cheaper it is

As the away game in Auckland this year is on the Queens Birthday weekend in June, I have booked a cheap flight over there for the R14 game and my first visit to Mt Smart...
