2013 Memberships

Out of interest I had a look at the membership renewals for 2013. The Gold membership has gone up to $450 from the $390 it was this year. Are they joking? From the crap we had to endure this year, to the sh*t fight at the moment where does the extra $60 come from?

I, for one, won't be renewing and even if I had intentions to, the extra cost would certainly turn me away.

Even the bronze membership for GA entry is $245 or there about.

It is a bit rich,whacking the prices up considering how ordinary the team played and how we limped out of the comp without any resistance,value for money certainly not !

Just pay your usual gate entry and get over yourselves.

Talk about a whinge. Support your club in the way you want if you aren't happy with their options.

Funnily enough, they're probably trying to raise the extra money to pay Sheens out...

The prices went up because they can.

Right or wrong the demand for seating at leichhardt has never been higher then in 2012 and prices adjusted accordingly.

All of that said i would have liked to see a directive from the Commission that they will be subsidising tickets to a certain percentage as part of the TV deal.

Yeh those 10,000 at LO, Ellis' last hurrah V Melb while we were still a fleeting finals chance were packed in like sardines....high demand.

Gronkathon - Certainly take your POV in regards that they can do it because they can but as a business don't they want to encourage people to go to the game? $450 is pretty much a footy season's worth of Foxtel. But in saying that ticket demand for LO was in high demand, the Gold membership covers all three grounds. So I/we was/were/would be paying a premium to lug our backsides around the Sydney metro area.

Once Dead - Would you call $30 for GA entry to our games reasonable? But lol at your point about the revenue raising to oust Sheens.
