Fair enough. But on the field he didn't (seem to ) exhibit the severe symptoms that they usually focus on when applying the concussion rule (or penalising teams for ignoring it). i.e. being knocked out, visibly disoriented, unsteady on their feet. He played on immediately after the knock. What was obvious was that he was bleeding from start to finish.
