I have an all grain American pale ale bordering on IPA on tap.
Heaps of dif hops ( Amarillo , galaxy , centennial etc. Its a very big beer.
I have a mid strength Pils in the beer fridge maturing and another full blown version on the ferment. Saving those for the xmas break. Nice clear light session beers.

Like the sounds of the apa/ipa - amarillo kicks ass. Cant go past a good pils for summer either. Maybe we should start a brewing thread?
